Team President John DeRosa announced today that the SteepleCats will travel to Boston on Monday June 23 to watch the Red Sox play the Diamondbacks at 7PM at Fenway Park. The tean will travel to and from the game by bus. Check back for departure time.

12:00 – 5:00 - Players arrive at Building 1 in MASS MOCA.

6:00 – 8:00 – New England Style Welcome BarBQ at Joe Wolfe Field
(*Dress attire: no hats, collared shirt)

Monday, June 2nd
10: 00 – SteepleCats Organizational Meeting at Joe Wolfe Field

11:00 – 1:00 - Practice at Joe Wolfe Field (uniform: black shorts, gold shirt)

Tuesday, June 3rd
9:30 – Whitewater Rafting Adventure – Meet at Joe Wolfe Field (bring towel & change of clothes)

6:30 – A light dinner at Joe Wolfe Field

7:15 – Practice under the lights (uniform: black shorts, gray t-shirt)

Wednesday, June 4th

9:00 – 11:30 – Practice at Joe Wolfe Field (uniform: black shorts, black t-shirt)

3:15 – Miniature Golf Tournament at The Range & dinner at Pedrins Dairy Bar – meet at the field

Thursday, June 5th

TBD - Practice at Joe Wolfe Field (uniform: black shorts, gray t-shirt)

6:00 p.m. – Media Night (uniform: full game uniform; BP top and gold jersey)
Baseball card pictures will be taken so come prepared for poses, shave, etc.
Activities: Home run derby, fastest runner, most accurate thrower, and other
competitions involving kids in attendance and SteepleCat players.

Friday, June 6th

SteepleCats season tickets on sale now! Although the snow just started to fly, we are already hard at work to make the 2008 season an even greater success than 2007. The roster is nearly complete and we are planning special events for each home game to provide everyone a summer filled with the very best family-oriented entertainment.

We are excited about the 2008 season and want everybody to be part of a great summer of baseball and family fun. Each year our players tell us how impressive it was for them to play at Joe Wolfe Field before our enthusiastic fans, and how important the community was to their New England baseball experience. The loyal support of the Northern Berkshire fan base makes it possible to keep the NECBL SteepleCats in North Adams year after year.

We have not raised our season ticket prices; but inflation and increased operating costs mean more than ever that we need support. A SteepleCats season ticket is a great value, and because we appreciate your support, with the purchase of any season ticket now, you will also receive a coupon for a 25% discount on all SteepleCats merchandise purchased at any one time during the 2008 SteepleCats season at our souvenir booth at Joe Wolfe Field.
