NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – The North Adams SteepleCats will host a Free Youth Baseball Clinic on Wednesday, June 6, starting at 6 p.m. at Joe Wolfe Field, the organization announced Wednesday.
Aimed to instruct children ages eight and older, camp attendees will have the opportunity to meet and learn from a young and enthusiastic coaching staff comprised of Bryan Adamski, Tony Dismukes, Kevin Smith, and the 2012 SteepleCats roster at no charge.
SteepleCats players and coaches will work with the children on pitching, fielding, hitting, and baserunning. Following the clinic, the SteepleCats will conduct their final practice before the season begins on Thursday, June 7, at Sanford, Maine.
Admission is free and open to the public. Fans can meet and take photos with the players throughout the evening, as well as at the conclusion of practice down the leftfield line. The concession stand and merchandise stands will be open throughout the evening.
