Monday, April 25, 2011, SteepleCats 2005 alumni, Evan Scribner, received the phone call he has been waiting when he was informed that he would be joining the San Diego Padres.  The Padres play the Braves on Tuesday and Wednesday before they travel to the Dodgers for a weekend series.  Scribner attended Central Connecticut State University and was drafted in the 28th Round of the 2007 draft by the Arizona Diamondback.
