NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – The North Adams SteepleCats have announced a second Spaghetti Dinner to conclude what has already been an immensely successful 2012 New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL) season, General Manager Sean McGrath announced Friday.

Join the players, coaches, and Slider on Monday, July 30 as the SteepleCats host a Spaghetti Dinner at The Eagles on Curran Highway. With the 2012 postseason just days a way, what better a way to wrap up the regular season than being served dinner by the players who you have cheered for all summer long?

In addition ton dinner, attendees are encouraged to bring cameras to take photographs with the players, who will be signing autographs throughout the event. One of these players who you’ve cheered for, hosted and supported all summer long may just be a future Major League Baseball player! And be sure to wish them well as they prepare for playoffs, as the SteepleCats begin their hunt for their first-ever Fay Vincent Cup starting next Friday, Aug. 3.

Before the dinner, however, be sure to come out to Joe Wolfe Field this weekend, as North Adams prepares for a pair of immensely important Western Division showdowns. On Saturday, the SteepleCats host their archrival Keene Swamp Bats before concluding their regular-season series against the Holyoke Blue Sox the following afternoon. Both start times are set for 6:30 p.m.
